UI/UX design
UI/UX design: the foundation of user–product relationship
UI/UX design — user research, wireframe, prototype, design system, developer handoff. Design isn't 'pretty'; it's the path to showing product value.
Component-based design system in Figma, clickable prototype, accessibility-compliant contrast, dark mode standard — end-to-end UI/UX design.
Standard for UI/UX delivery
- User research + personas
- Wireframe + clickable prototype
- Component-based design system
- Accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) compliant
- Dark mode + responsive (mobile-first)
UI vs. UX
UI (User Interface) design is the surface users see — colors, typography, layout, buttons, cards. UX (User Experience) design shapes the user-product relationship — user flow, information architecture, micro-interactions.
Good design delivers both; one without the other leaves the work incomplete. Working with your team, we produce a single design system documenting both.
Process: research, wireframe, prototype
1) User research: understand the target user, their needs, and existing alternatives. We do this fast (3–5 user interviews); deeper research is budget-dependent.
2) Wireframe + information architecture: screen count, navigation structure, critical flows. Low-fidelity wireframes also let us check technical feasibility early.
3) Clickable prototype: high-fidelity prototype in Figma; we test realistic usage during the design phase.
Design system and component kit
A design system delivers consistency and speed across the product's life. Colors (tokens), typography (scale), spacing (4px / 8px grid), motion (timing, easing) — all token-based. New screens build from tokens.
Component kit in Figma: all button variants, inputs, cards, modals, navigation. The design system is the single source of truth between design and dev teams.
Accessibility and developer handoff
We reference WCAG 2.1 AA. Contrast, focus state, keyboard navigation, screen-reader compatibility, dynamic type. Built in at design; not retrofitted.
Developer handoff: design tokens converted to Tailwind config, component spec docs, animation timings, edge-case screens. Developers ship pixel-perfect; no rework cycle.
Frequently asked questions
How long does UI/UX design take?
1–2 weeks for a simple MVP, 3–4 weeks for mid-size web/app, 6–8 weeks for complex enterprise. Iteration continues with development.
Can you build on my existing design?
Yes. We review your Figma file, share a design audit, recommend touch-ups, then start building.
Same design for web and mobile?
Component systems are shared; platform-specific decisions differ (touch targets, gestures, native conventions). One design system adapts to both.
How is accessibility ensured?
WCAG 2.1 AA contrast, keyboard navigation, screen-reader compatibility, dynamic type, focus states. Built in at design; not retrofitted.
Do you share the design system with our team?
Yes. Figma files live inside your organization; design system documentation is shared with you. We don't set up lock-in.
