Enterprise software: scale + compliance + longevity

Enterprise software is a 5–10-year infrastructure your company runs on. Built as an investment; not a short-term rescue tool.

Multi-tenant architecture, RBAC, audit log, encryption at rest, GDPR/KVKK compliance — part of our enterprise software delivery standard.

Enterprise software delivery standard

  • Multi-tenant + RBAC architecture
  • Audit log + encryption at rest + in transit
  • GDPR / KVKK compliance ready
  • OpenTelemetry distributed tracing
  • Designed for 99.9% SLA uptime
01.

What enterprise software actually means

Enterprise software runs a company's operational processes — ERP, CRM, HRMS, intranet portal, internal tool. It rarely serves a single user; it works with role-bearing teams.

These systems must scale with the business. 50 users in year one, 500 by year three, 5,000 by year five. Scalability comes from design — it can't be bolted on later.

02.

Multi-tenant and data isolation

Enterprise software typically serves multiple departments, branches, or clients. Multi-tenant architecture isolates each one's data fully. Postgres row-level security (RLS) or Prisma middleware enforces this from the start.

RBAC defined per page and per API endpoint — what tenant the user belongs to, what role they have, which actions are allowed. Permissions live as a clean checklist instead of hidden rules.

03.

Compliance, audit log, and security

Enterprise software often demands GDPR, KVKK, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS compliance. Audit log per critical action (who, when, what changed) is mandatory. Encryption at rest (database) + encryption in transit (HTTPS, mTLS) is standard.

Penetration tests and security audits run periodically post-launch. Most of our enterprise customers run 1–2 independent security audits a year; our infrastructure passes cleanly.

04.

Long-term maintenance and evolution

Enterprise software is a 5–10-year asset. Across that span, company growth, regulatory change, tech updates, and team turnover all reflect into the software. Sustainability comes from design.

Monthly maintenance / support packages aren't optional for enterprise software — they're critical. Bug fixes, security patches, small features, regulatory compliance, performance monitoring continue.

Frequently asked questions

Enterprise software: off-the-shelf or custom?

Off-the-shelf if 70%+ fits; otherwise custom. For most mid-market the hybrid path: off-the-shelf + custom module.

How is compliance scope determined?

Your sector and operation drive it. Healthcare → HIPAA, finance → PCI-DSS, personal data → GDPR/KVKK. We clarify scope from day one.

How long does enterprise software last?

Well-designed enterprise software lasts 5–10 years. Stack updates run periodically; an architectural rewrite may be needed once every 7–10 years.

Which sectors do you work in?

Fintech, logistics, healthcare, education, manufacturing, e-commerce, B2B SaaS — we've delivered enterprise software end-to-end across all.

Can you modernize existing enterprise software?

Yes. Modernization roadmap: code review, technical-debt inventory, gradual migration plan. Typically 3–12 months.
